Refund Policy
Last Updated: 29 October 2025
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for ArchiGPT.ai (“ArchiGPT,” “we,” “us”). It covers our subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Premium, Ultra — Monthly or Annual) and one-time Add-on Credits. For questions, email hello@archigpt.ai
. Company registered in England & Wales No. 16031114.
1) What this policy covers
Purchases made directly on ArchiGPT.ai (or our checkout) via our payment processor.
If you purchased through a third party (e.g., an app marketplace), their refund rules apply.
2) Definitions
Billing Term – your paid access period (monthly or annual).
Subscription – an auto-renewing plan (Basic/Pro/Premium/Ultra).
Add-on Credits – a separate, one-time purchase of extra credits that can be used with eligible features.
3) Standard subscription refunds
Renewals & new purchases: Once a billing term starts, fees for that term are non-refundable, except as stated below or where required by law.
Cancel anytime: You can cancel to stop future renewals. Access remains until the end of the paid term.
Billing errors/duplicates: If we confirm a duplicate charge, processing error, or clear unauthorized payment, we’ll refund the erroneous amount.
4) Plan changes (upgrade or downgrade)
When you change plans, your current subscription ends immediately and a new subscription starts at once on the plan you select. We calculate a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current term (based on remaining time/credits) and apply or return it as follows:
We may net the prorated refund against the first charge of your new plan.
All features/limits of the new plan apply immediately.
Previously purchased Add-on Credits remain in your account and are consumed under the new plan’s rules.
(This prorated treatment applies to plan changes only; cancelling without starting a new plan does not trigger a refund for the current term.)
5) Add-on Credits (one-time purchases)
Used credits: Non-refundable.
Unused credits: If none of the purchased credits have been used, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase; after 14 days, refunds are not available.
Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may have usage or expiry conditions shown at checkout or in your account.
6) UK/EU “cooling-off” information (distance purchases)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel certain digital purchases. Because ArchiGPT provides immediate access to digital services:
If you haven’t used any paid features and request cancellation within 14 days, we will issue a full refund.
If you have used paid features within 14 days, you acknowledge service supply began and we may provide a proportionate refund (or none) reflecting what was already used, consistent with applicable law.
Business customers are typically not entitled to consumer cooling-off rights.
7) Service issues & outages
We work hard to maintain availability. If a material outage prevents access to paid features for an extended period of your current term, contact us. At our discretion, we may credit time/usage or provide a partial refund/proration. This does not cover issues outside our control (e.g., your connectivity, third-party blocks, or misuse).
8) Non-refundable examples
Refunds are not issued for: change of mind after use, forgetting to cancel before renewal, dissatisfaction with creative outputs absent a verified service fault, violation of our Terms, or misuse/abuse of promotions.
9) How to request a refund
Email hello@archigpt.ai
with:
Account email and order ID,
Product (plan or credits) and purchase date,
Reason for the request, and any supporting details.
If approved, we’ll process the refund via the original payment method. Banks typically post funds within 5–10 business days, but timing can vary by provider.
10) Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account suspension and reversal of promotional benefits. We’ll always work with you to resolve billing issues quickly.
11) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email where appropriate.
